Hotel Town palace

i booked a room for 3 adults and reached the hotel at 10 pm just to get to know 3 members booking is not possible and cannot be accommodated by the company. yet they didn't have the courtesy to call up beforehand and tell us of this and instead try to tell us to upgrade to a family size suite for an extra 1.3k. since it was late night we settled into our original tiny room, which after consideration, realised they have tried to fix in a "room" into as small a space as available and pass it off as a hotel. i clearly overpaid even for that room but had to make do since it was late night and we anyways needed to leave early morning the next day.

The best hotel in our 5 days trip to Gokarna. We stayed here on the way back to Bengaluru. Really worth stay, room is very good with good furnishing, cushion chairs, tea table, wardrobes etc, very clean toilets. As good as 3 star hotel. Service was really good. food at ground floor cafe was awesome, so authentic. Only hotel that I am giving 5 stars on all aspects.

Very spacious and clean room. The location is also very convinient. Service is spot on. Reception desk is actove 24X7 and you can dial in for any requirement at any time. We had takem a room only booking so we bought breakfast from their restaurant. Food was very good and pricing was good too. I will definitely recommend for families to stay.

one of the worst hotels for that price -Dirty lenins - Dirty room, spider webs everywhere - No toiletries it's a new hotel (6 months old), but they don't know how to run a business. if you don't maintain quality of service, your business will die soon.
