my experience in this hotel was horrible, at start they made me wait for 45 min for checkin process, thn the room was dirty, there were blood stain on the quilt, walls were dirty, they didnt provide normal water, they asked to buy bisleri only, at first they didnt provided towels, tissue papers, sleepers for bathroom, glasses for water, rug outside the bathroom was not there and when i complained to the manager, he was least bothered, he didnt had the courtsy to come and check in the room. over all it was a horrible experience. and we booked the room with breakfast but hotel denied the breakfast and said goibibo didnt gave us booking with breakfast, it was clearly mentioned in our booking that room is with breakfast. its a pathetic hotel and staff is highly unprofessional.

We had the most amazing stay at this property. The room was spacious and decorated with the finest materials, and the bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The bathroom had premium amenities that made us feel pampered.

worst experience. had booked a room for guests for my marriage. there is no power backup. no service staff availability. even after calling multiple times, no breakfast was provided.
