stay was comfortable except for the hot water issues i faced. actually the hotel is at a great location with very specious rooms and staff is friendly too specially pankaj & amit but i think the management should look into the maintenance of the property specifically plumbing’s are needed to be looked after well as there’s not much water pressures in the showers and unfortunately no taps and buckets so even if one try to have bucket showers then also not possible. food haven’t tried so i am not sure about it.

Stayed in 104 room for 5 nights with family. The room is spacious well furnished. The room had a balcony where we enjoyed sipping tea coffee watching scinnic beauty of greens and snowy mountains. The staff is putting more than 100% to make guests happy and making enjoyable stay. The location of this hotel is best, close to maximus mall where we can try different tastes and also watch movie there. The market place Kotwali Bazar is few steps away. Right place to stay , happy that we chose this hotel.

it was a fantastic stay. location and quality of room were excellent. hotel staff were very courteous. only negative point was, their kitchen was not operational. rest was excellent. highly recommended.
