बिलकुल घटिया एक्सपीरियंस मेरी पूरी जिंदगी का. रात को 11 बजे बुकिंग होने के बावजूद इन्होने मेरे गेस्ट को 1घंटे तक ये बोलकर खड़ा किया की रूम नहीं है आप कही और चले जाओ. क्यों की उनको पता है की अब कैश पैसे देकर रूम लेना पड़ेगा क्युकी सिटी तो 35 किलोमीटर दूर है कस्टमर कया करेगा झक मार कर ज्यादा पैसे देकर रूम लेना पड़ेगा वैसे रात को इन्होने रूम दिया लेकिन ऊपर तक कॉल करवाकर.. कोई बात नहीं आगे......
