Tranquil Revtree Resort

First of all it’s not a resort. The property is built as a resort but it’s not operated as one. There is no kitchen and the staff isn’t trained in hospitality. They don’t have landline so you have to call staff members independently for every small issue. For us the AC wasn’t working and we had to call them multiple times to change our room. TV wasn’t working, wifi wasn’t working, they gave false commitments whenever we complained about it. Reception area was vacant most of the times. We had to ask the security guard to call the receptionist for our queries. There is more order and process in OYOs than in this so called resort. The rooms are clean because it’s a new property. This place isn’t going to age very well. They should start running this place like an actual resort. Staff were courteous and they were always polite to us. This place needs better managers.

Not very happy with the stay. Nothing wrong with the property or staff..Its just lack of kitchen makes it a bad experience.. The staff is courteous and helpful, but not having kitchen is something u don't expect from such place at such price..and thats what downgrades the overall experience. Before booking do confirm if they have the kitchen operating or not.

One of the upcoming resorts on the Chikmagluru- Mullayangiri highway. Comfortable rooms with clean bathrooms. Well maintained lawns and gardens. Excellent service by the staff. Only negative is tgat there are no restaurants in this hotel. There is a small cafe which servers basic snacks. Food needs to be ordered online, and delivery takes 40-45 minutes.

Room was very neat and clean, staff over there are awesome mainly a person called Sunil he is really humble and helpful person Negative is i booked this hotel mainly bze of swimming pool which I saw in image but once am there it is not belongs to hotel itseems.
