Our check-in time was 12:30 pm .we have waited till 2.30 pm to get one room . We booked 2 rooms and was told to wait till we get the second one.By 2.45 pm we completed check-in . The cottages are far from main building and there is no intercom in the rooms . There is no mobile coverage as well .so if you need anything ,you need to walk back to the main building . If there are any elderly people with you , please don't leave them in cottage alone . Their service is so bad .There were no glasses,bath towels, toiletries or any basic stuffs available in the room when we checked in . There were waste dumped near one of the cottage . And in other one there were broken glasses all over the floor . My kid got hurt stepping on those . We even found a worm in the bed next day morning .if we want to report any of these , we have to walk down all the way to the main building . There was a boy who came with us for a walk in morning and that's the only good thing happened to us there . I have stayed in many hotels before but this is the most horrible experience so far.
