Treebo Casino

The location is good, thr rooms are well maintained. But the hospitality and food are never in standards of treebo. Except for the receptionist who was there when I checked-in on 17th Sept 2022, the remaining team has no sense towards hospitality. They don't even know that they should smile at the customer or greet the customer. And the food -- though the taste of the food was good, the presentation of it was worse.. except for tea and milk rest of the food was served cold. when asked why it isn't hot, they say the cook comes in the earlt morning cooks and leaves. I guess they are buying food from outside. I was really disappointed with the experience I had here though it is a part of Treebo

not worth the money . they charge high for the less space rooms very near to railway station and beach rooms not so spacious. ac was not working well. very less cooling. locking systems are very manual. you have to lock it using keys only. not technologically upgraded. walkable distance from the beach and 1 km from railway station breakfast does not have any varieties. only watermelon 🍉 in fruits. and idli and puttu. no dosa or chapathi or other tiffin items they charge high compared to other hotels but not worth the money. however the bathroom is very clean and neat with the required facilities

I recently stayed at Treebo Casino for a quick one-day visit to Calicut. Easy access to the beach, as well as SM Street, making it convenient for sightseeing and shopping. Nearby, there are plenty of dining options, including the popular Rahmath and Paragon restaurants, which were excellent for trying local cuisine. The hotel was comfortable and clean, making it perfect for a short stay in the city.
