Treebo Empire

Wonderful Stay at Treebo Empire! I recently stayed at Treebo Empire with my family for a night, and it was a fantastic experience. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, making our stay very relaxing. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options that we all enjoyed. One of the highlights was the parking facility, which was the cherry on top of cake when you are travelling by your car. The staff was courteous and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely recommend Treebo Empire to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant hotel experience. Would love to visit again! the room they allocated first was not ready. but after I brought that into notice they changed the room immediately

Terrible Experience with Staff at Treebo Empire Hotel I stayed at Treebo Empire Hotel from the night of 17th to the morning of 19th. I extended my stay by one day and paid directly at the reception as they asked. I also cleared all my food bills before checkout and have full payment proof. But while I was traveling back, I got repeated rude calls from the hotel staff accusing me of not paying. They spoke to me like I was a thief. Even after I told them I had proof, they didn’t bother to check properly and just hung up the call without even an apology. The hotel and food were good, but the way the staff treated me was completely unacceptable. No customer deserves to be insulted like this. Management needs to fix this kind of behavior immediately

The location was near benz circle and hence a good location to travel. It was spacious with 2 seater sofa and a single seater apart from the chair. there were 2 issues though. The ac was making a lot of noise, i had to switch off as i was out and about, leaving early and returning by night, so didnt have time to call them and get it fixed. i did not use dining, so not sure about food. The board in the hotel says veg and nonveg, though while booking, it said veg. I stayed for 3 nights, every thing else was good. The staff were polite and courteous, we do get a email checkin.Checkout was very easy.

the hotel was decent overall, but nothing particularly stood out. the room was clean and had the basic amenities, though the furniture felt a bit dated. check-in was smooth, and the staff were polite but not overly welcoming. the location was convenient, close to public transportation and a few restaurants. however, the wi-fi was spotty, and the breakfast options were limited and repetitive. it’s a reasonable choice for a short stay, but i’d probably explore other options next time.
