Rooms are very old. We found statins on the roof and walls. we asked them to replace the pillow cover because we found stains on the cover. The toilet is very dirty and found mud on the floor and corners. they are not cleaning the toilet well. There is no exhaust for the toilets hence it makes the rooms smell unpleasant. The rest of the things are very good. the breakfast and behaviour of the staff are good. They are helpful and friendly.

Stay was not good as expected, requested them in advance to keep the room ready and check everything is ok. They gave me a room which is a single room 5th floor, and that was not a proper just a temporary room made out of space left in the floor. Ac was fitted at wrong location and was not working properly, no ceiling fan in the room. When I requested them to change the room they denied by sating that hotel is fully occupied.

One of the best hotels to stay. The staff were extremely polite and considerate. We got the deluxe room which was really spacious, more space than what you usually get from hotel rooms. Would recommend to anyone who wants to stay here. The room and bathroom were clean, hot water was available whenever we needed. Definitely would visit again.

rooms are ok. but not as photos shown. breakfast was ok for a person with a normal appetite. for those who need privacy, issues are there as the room has more glass windows and also on both sides very close to bed. curtain hooks are misplaced or missingthe bed was ok. bed sheet was torn.

extremely value for money hotel. very clean. wardrobe, two comfortable single seater cushioned chairs, a coffee table, work table and chair, kettle with coffee and tea sachets. minor negatives...the bathroom is rather too narrow, tv doesn't show any other channels other than malayalam

we stayed for 2 days with family and stay was average rooms are very small not good for family. small rooms and they have spider and ants.breakfast is very poor quality food and water is limited.small have no space and suffocating. Not recommended for family.

They stay was pleasant, rooms were clean and tidy. Parking was available. The hotel is located conveniently close to Trivandrum Zoo and museum. There is no in-house restaurant but there are restaurants close by.
