Hotel Stay Experience EverOur stay was disappointing from the very start. We had to wait an excessive amount of time at the reception just to get the key to our pre-booked room.Despite there being three of us, we were only provided with one bottle of water.The toilet facilities were poor, with no hand wash liquid available and late hot water.The room was just okay, but they handed us an extra bed and sheet as if to say, "If you want it, set it up yourself."Room service was terrible, and there were no amenities provided.Breakfast was served according to their schedule, with no options or choices available. To make matters worse, there was no tea or coffee offered with breakfast.All of this, after paying We could have found better hotels at this rate.

Even after such a hefty bill, what if even water bottles are charged......that's a big disappointment.
