Pathetic experience. If u want to have all lights off while sleeping, then u need to take out the key card. If you take out the key card the fan and plug points (in which u are charging the mobile/laptop) will be auto switched off. Only bathroom light and ac works without keycard. If you want to get up in the middle of the night and want to switch on the bed side lamp, u need to find your way in the dark to the key card holder near the gate on opposite wall. Then only you can switch on any lights. The most absurd hotel stay ever

one of the worst experience one could have on any trip. we have booked 2 standard rooms but they gave us only one room with double bed and the other one was twin bed which was in worst condition with bad smell. not at all suitable for a family trip. only food in the restaurant is good otherwise everything is bad. the fittings of the bathroom are coming off. cockroach are roaming on the walls. the worst hotel one can ever imagine.

Even on hotel side also not call when we not even reach at late night @ 10 PM .

hotel was in very bad condition. no hygiene at all, bedsheets are very unhygienic full of spots and of poor quality, there are even cockroaches in rooms, lightening is also not proper and washrooms too are very dirty and on that they provide 2 seperate single beds for u to sleep on even if u book deluxe room.

Shocking rooms like a cylindrical shape NO windows, smelly. No light on top bathroom mirror . Bathroom, toilet and bath sink all in small tiny place gets fully wet . Very unsatisfactory, even the breakfast was below average and its not buffet. Think before you decide to saty

Breakfast System is pathetic, they Ring Your rooms door bell, like anything like "take your breakfast" im on a vacation I won't be getting up this early, by the time i have that breakfast it is cold like mud n tea becomes a cold drink, its more like a strict hostel system
