Great hotel in budget Pros - - Clean rooms and washrooms - Located very near to Naukuchiatal lake and Paragliding sites - Far from noise and crowd of Nainital, something that we were looking for - We booked their Valley View room with Balcony as this provided very nice view of the hills - Hotel staff was very polite, accommodating and helpful - Inhouse food is good - Good parking space for bikes and cars - Easy to find (Google Maps location is accurate) - Walking distance to a Hanuman temple Cons - No WiFi

it's a nice well maintained property to stay on the way to naukuchiatal. rooms were very big with clean toilets. food is good n service is excellent. the view from my room was mesmerising.
