BOOK THIS HOTEL IF YOU WANT TO SPOIL YOUR TRIP .First they charge you 1000 rs for early check in of only 2 hrs early many other reputed hotels dont even charge for this. Also outside food us not allowed in hotel which i have never seen in any of my stay at hotel till yet. They deserve negative points in terms of amenities. Need to ask for basic toiletries. They have common shampoo and body wash also they charge extra for tolietries which in all hotels is included in bill only. Pathetic hotel and their services and terms and conditions are. Stay at hotel sumit or hotel scenaria if you want great hospitality at same price.

From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was greeted warmly by the friendly staff who were attentive and accommodating throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend Terrazo Suites hotel for anyone visiting the area. The staff, amenities, and location make for a wonderful stay that is sure to leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Having a staycation always sound like a fun plan to catch up with your friends and family while enjoying some delirious suite services. Terrazzo suite is just the place I always look for to have a relaxing weekend in the city and enjoy some delicious meals with my family. Their suites are comfortable and spacious, which is all you need to relax and unwind.

Not worth the money. Big rooms. Room did not unlock and staff denied to change the room. Very Poor breakfast. No room service.

Mattress were not up to the mark. One can feel the springs inside the mattress. Receptionist was also rude and not welcoming.
