The hotel is located very near to the Ranchi Railway station and getting here is quite easy task. Situated on the main road which is going to the station. KFC's outlet is at the walking distance from this hotel which I liked personally. People were very helpful at the reception and the check in and check out was quite smooth. Rooms are also good considering the price of budget hotel. They have in house restaurant but the food lacked taste it can be the area where they can work upon.

We checked in around 7:30 p.m and got a small room with bad smell, then there was a party going on and it went on till 12 a.m and people are shouting and making noise. When we were checking out, they find out that there are some marks on bed sheet and most probably they were already there, still we agreed to pay as we had train. They started demanding two thousand rupees and we started to complain it suddenly came down to 800! Will never stay in any treebo hotel.

Although the location is very good, you can easily get a better hotel in this price range, it needs maintenance. Pros: 1. The hotel is only 800m from Ranchi Railway station 2. Good Room Size. 3. Although complimentary breakfast has limited option, the food is good in taste. Cons: 1. No Hot Water in tap even after repeated complaints. 2. No water in Flush. 3. The in house restaurant has limited options and the portion size is very less.

need to improve cleanliness, there are no more options in breakfast only banana was served in the name of fruit salad, room service is also very poor, it is ok ok for solo trip but not recommended for family trip, location very near to railway station

it's a good property. I have stayed there many times before as well. Good staff with helpful behaviour. The restaurant is good. Food is good and the overall experience is ok as per the money. Clean rooms No disturbance in house resturant

Definitely a no go stay for anyone. unclean bathrooms water leaking into the rooms Electric points not working corridor and lifts unclean except the entrance lobby area other places are totally dirty Staffs too are not courteous

Rooms are very dirty, blankets given with dirty cover. AC is not working properly continuously licking water. Though the katle was ther but it's not working and also no tea bags/coffee or milk in the room. Not worth of money.
