I have been ditched. The room was booked online and payment done using credit card. But there is no room booked as per the hotel manager.... I didn't get the room even though I have done the payment. The details provided online about the room is also all false. The actual room looks very different and doesn't have the facilities... I had to go through lot of trouble due to this and my whole plan to visit places at Araku wasted. Please look into the issue and address it so that other tourists are not fooled by such fake...

Fake Tribal Cottage. Only 7 huts are there and they are very shabby and dirty. No online service over there in tribal cottage. Its a fake cottage. Please don't book this cottage. I had a very bad experience. I went along with my family and we are on the roads. You will get your money back but you have to search accommodation over ther again.

It is a very good hotel to stay at, if on a holiday. Ammenities are not too many, however one can enjoy a very pleasant stay in a quite environment. The good thing is the hotel is not congested and somewhere a cross between a hotel and a resort. Good stay.

completely FRAUD....Please don't book this hotel at all. We have booked 3 rooms at this hotel but on arrival they refused our booking and just started misbehaving with us rudely. They did not even tried to hear us. DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL AT ANY COST.

While we reached the hotel, we met a woman who told us there is no room available and we don't have any *** facility. We are surprised to hear that woman, then we found our own alternative. Very bad experiences...
