Pleasant stay nice staff good service
5/5Gulab jamun was so bad. dinner was not good. I ordered veg sabji which was only full of greenpeas and butter.No vegetables at all. I thought of ordering gulab jamun and that was so small and out of quality. Next day I feel relaxed before leaving just because of complimentary breakfast. Breakfast was good.
3/5Awesome.Our experience at Hotel Trideus, mussorie was a memorable one From reception to room type, hospitality was in every nook and corner.located at about 3 km from mall road.view from room is superb.Rooms are big and everything is clean.Food is delicious and buffet breakfast was with lots of choices and very tasty.Very happy to stay here and on my each visit to mussorie would love to stay there with my family.Would lime to suggest all to book a stay here when in mussoorie. Everything.Specially the terrace outer to breakfast area from where you can see the mountains and enjoy your food.
5/5Overall Review: In my opinion, Trideus falls into the 3 to 3.5-star category, and the ideal price range should be around ₹2,000–₹4,000 per night. However, due to the overall crowd and demand in Mussoorie, hotel prices across the board have surged. 👍 What’s Good: 1. Peaceful Location: The hotel is located about 3 km from Mall Road. Due to traffic, it can take around 45 minutes to reach, but the peaceful setting and beautiful valley views make up for it. 2. Spacious Rooms with Scenic Views: Most rooms are spacious and offer a great view of the valley. However, the Queen’s Room view is partially blocked by trees, which can be a downside. 3. Polite Staff and Good Service: The staff behavior was courteous, and overall service levels were satisfactory and consistent. ⚠️ Areas for Improvement: 1. Expand Breakfast Options: Breakfast was good, but not up to 4-star standards. Including some continental options would improve the overall experience and better match the expectations for a 4-star property. 2. Utilize Rooftop Space: The hotel has a nice rooftop area. It would be great to add a small play zone or activity area for kids. 3. Evening Entertainment: There was no music or bonfire at night during our stay. Including some light evening music and a bonfire experience would enhance the overall guest experience.

The room was great, spacious, clean and if anything was off or I found something is not right, staff is quick and professional. There were less staff members according to the size of the property maybe because of the off season or idk but the property is well maintained. The food is decent but I would take tea any day over their coffee, I am a coffee drinker btw. THE VIEW from the balcony was amazing I had sat there looking at those green mountains first thing in the morning. My aim was peace, comfort and a scenic view and I got it all. It is worth the money and I will visit the property again for sure.
