We booked it at 3pm and reached the hotel around 6pm. The stairway path is pathetic, not maintained and looked like dump yard. It's in market place and unsafe and unclean neighbourhood. Photos were misleading to assume it's 3 star hotel but dont think it is upto 2 star rating either. They offered to swap the suite room in 10min that was occupied already by someone. That shows how much time they take to clean and give it to new customers. Restaurant is closed and they offer to get food delivered from local street vendor. I do not recommend this at all for family members.

the hotel property is good and is in a busy area, but the maintenance is very bad. bathrooms are not clean. telephone not workingover experience is not too good, i don't suggest this property for family

Bad behaviour of Reception Staff. Asked for add on channels to watch Very rudely responded. Very much dissatisfied with the behaviour never come back to this hotel again. no flexibility.

Excellent rooms with clean bed linen with nice warm blankrs, towels are very clean they look new. I'm very particular about toilets, its very clean well maintained. Enjoyed my stay.

Need more cleanliness , especially linen. safety needs to be enhanced. Feels like not safe for families.Intercom was not working. Not recommended at all for families.

Everything is OK but. At hotel corridor everywhere cigarette smell all the day in rooms also.that is horrible
