1. AC was not working. AC will show you only temperature that it is working but actually AC don't work.2. There is so much heat in the rooms and NO VENTILATION. They have packed the windows with wood and sealed all the windows in rooms.3. We booked this room and there was light cutting issue in vrindavan. But when light came their AC only showed temprature but does not work. THIS HOTEL IS ONLY GOOD FOR WINTERS NOT FOR SUMMERS.

poor staff behaviour, no sense of talking with guests. drinking water is not available. No food is available. Bathroom is so dirty . Room condition is worst. Nothing is in room that is mentioned. completely unsatisfied with the service , room condition, bathroom and facilities ZERO rating .

Had such a pathetic experience as there were no hinges in the washroom doors, geyser was not working, room was not properly cleaned, drinking water bottles were not available.

My experience was very bad and the room service was also not good. The air conditioner did not cool well and the bathroom did not even have the basic items.

Very Good Experience. Nice Staff and Friendly People. Rooms were good. Near to all the main tourist spots in Vrindavan.

they book a deluxe room and give an ordinary room only fan available and staff misbehave bad experience
