rooms r nice and comfortable, but they don't know what customer service is all about. no ownership of the business rooms been given next to another one where too much drilling work is happening and when asked at the reception the lady says that she does know who allocated that room and the stay was horrible. dinner ordered, and after 2 hours, they say no order been placed

i booked room but last min they did not give room I book the room but last minute they informed us to take another one hotel. that Hotel was not good .so we booked another one hotel.
