Hotel Neatness 10/10 Room Neatness 10/10 Bathroom Neatness 10/10 Hotel Staff Behaviour 10/10 My mom forgot her mobile in room. after we reached station, we got call from reception to notify us of it. we didn't realise until then. Then they sent a boy to Railway station to handover our mobile. Greatful for that support. Standard checkin time is 12pm but we were to reach hotel at 1am due to train timings. So i had to do advance booking which was effective 12pm the previous day (which lasted till 12pm the next day when we actually take the room). Because our train was at 8pm , which is obviously after 12pm of standard checkout time, I had to pay 1k (300/- discount given by hotel). Hence I would say to directly book room after reaching hotel if your stay is going to be less than 24 hrs or your stay start and end the same day. Else you will end up paying more for less (that is as per policy) if. I believe you can easily get room here. Just call and talk to them instead of booking online. There is no window in room. That is weird. It was like closed box. i had to open ventilation near roof for air flow. also even after throwing 2 full tubs of water (as suggested by hotel staff to start getting hot water from tap), we hardly got any hot water. Reduced 1 star just for these. They have their own veg restaurant in ground floor and the food is good.

Stay is not up to the mark. Room was clean but smell is not pleasant . Management didn't even provided blankets until we requested. Bathroom commode lid and health faucet is not working.room service is good. Worst behaviour of hotel reception staff towards couples. Least ethical standards. Talking about irrelevant words by looking at couple.Moreover judging before asking whats their purpose if visit.

The worst hotel i have seen ever. Hotel staff arogance at that check in time i.e 12:45 AM. No mineral water Cigarettes buts and cockroaches are filled with room Not cleaned washroom No soap no shampo no towel provided by hotelier. I dont recommend anyone this hotel. Waste of money.

Had horrible experience staying at this hotel. People were very rude with their language..,they wanted to charge for one more day in spite of booking for a day booking. They should understand that travelers doesn't check in at mid noon at 12 and check out in 12 hrs time.

This is local lodge not a hotel. Alcohol bottles lying under the bed. Rooms are unhygienic not cleaned. stinking smell. And moreover I booked for RS.900+ and after few minutes room tariff showing RS.600/- please do the needful.

In tanuku I have not expected this kind of hotel. Its very nice and specious rooms. Staff maintenance is also good. The only thing, they are not providing dental kit, blanket. No hot water after 11 clock.
