Very nice place to stay. My room is cosy, pretty designed and clean. The best customer care service i ever seen in India. People who work here are very polite and explained everything to me in a simple and clear way, which made me feel very comfortable. I felt very welcomed, respected and valued. There is a book with all sighteeing information available in my room, including menu for the restaurant. Food is tasty also. I find location very authentic, pure local people in beautiful views surounding, near to a fruit market and many shops near by. Sightseeings are easily accesible, as there is only 10 min walk to a train station, 5 min walk to a bus station. Easy to find as it is on a main road, pointed on Google maps and Maps me. I think foreign travellers may love it. Highly reccommend! i felt safe, respected, information is clearly provided. for example: they even thought me how to lock my door from inside and how to get a hot water of a tap without me even asking about it

Very impressed with hotel maintenance & cleanliness. Price is very reasonable I have visited with my family, very secured with good service. The restaurant food is deli odious I would recommend this hotel to all Araku tourists

The hotel was 50kms exactly from araku valley so we dint found the hotel convinient for this journey. But the services from Goibibo was fair.
