Before checking repeatedly i asked for room presence and condition but they denied and harshly spoke that we can check in and get our way out After waiting of 2hrs Around 3pm i checked him and the hotel gave us room around 7pm tho the offically booking was registered at 12pm After we entered the room The condition was worst We were 3adult but the bed condition was so worsen that the matress was not fitting in the bed and it was not possible for us to stay there and the smell of the room was so terrific The room contained no windows and the rooms were suffocated as hell That it made it impossible to stay one night and also when i went to questioned them the manager was to be found no where Then i left the hotel With all due respect i want my money back asap Without any further steps to be taken

If I could then giving NO STAR would be perfect. The hotel is in a slum area and the smell is pathetic inside and surrounding the premises. No provision of food, drinking water and the surrounding has no food facility. The rooms have no window, but a small hole which acts like a ventilator, which makes the room a perfect prison cell. We were too depressed to stay there for a few hours. If you wish to punish someone, you can definitely sponsor him with a room-booking in here. DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT THIS PLACE. IT'S A HELL HOLE.

The rooms are decent size and clean. Overall it is nice if you're planning just to come back and sleep. There's no lift so older people may find difficulty in climbing up the stairs with all the luggage. The bathroom doesn't have geyser but there's one provided in the corridor and you can order the staff to provide hot water anytime you want. It doesn't have personal restaurant but you can find restaurants nearby. Overall it was an okay stay.

Basic small rooms and washrooms, most of which had a damp smell. Geyser was not available in the room. Hotel does not have their own restaurant. There was only one staff to attend to us due to which we had to carry our luggage to the rooms ourselves. However hotel is situated on main road and parking was also available. Room was clean. So a very basic kind of stay.

Location is excellent. Staffs are very very helpful. Overall a pleasant stay. But as per the room price the amenities are much inadequate. TV's not working. Rooms are small. No chairs/sofas in the rooms.
