VK Residency is situated in a very remote place called Panja which is 18km from the main temple Kukke Sri Subrahmanya Temple. No veg food is available nearby. No mobile network signal and no WiFi from the hotel. Hence it's very expensive. Book the temple rooms 2 days in advance. It's the best option.

Very bad service no hot water facility, after booking delux room still no hot water facility and it is far from the kukke subramanya temple (18kms) don't book this room while you visiting the temple and don't suggest this v.k residency to anyone worst experience we had.

the room was ok, tv was not working, no amenities such as towel soap etc were visible,service was very nice but the hotel corridor and walls was dilapidated..overall score 2

Quite place. This is a good option if you are not able to find rooms in kukke subrahmanya 20mins drive from the temple though
