Keeping aside the staying part, the hotel doesn't have parking space. since we went by car, we had to park or car of course. the hotel staff made us park our car in front of some other shops during which that shop guy and the hotel staff had an argument about not parking or car there. and the next day when we were returning back to Hyderabad we noticed that all our car door visors were broken!! which is bad!!! and when we showed that too the hotel staff, they were like we didn't see that happening so we can't do anything. like what the hell man?!! later after an argument the hotel staff made us talk to their owner, who very rudely says " Kuch b nai karenge hum, kya karlete karlo". which means I'm not going to do anything about your car, do whatever you want to do. in short this is a very unpleasant and bad experience. they should at least have CC cameras. very rude people. spoilt my whole trip. wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

Someone pooped out and hotel did not cleaned the place when handed over the keys. When we request for cleaning/change of room they refused to do so, and provoded couple of room freshners. !! This is how you treat customers?? Also, i requested front desk guy to come into the room and spend 5minues with us, he did not even responded to my questions when i ask this. If he could not even communicate in Telugu/hindi/english, Why shou he sit in the front desk/manage hotel?? He was so mean and arrogant.. We had to open doors and windows while we are in the place. I dont consider this place as a hotel. I had to convince my guests. this reservation is completely disappointed. Please see below attachments and read messages that we have received from our family/guests.!! Completely not satisfied!!

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed. Rooms are not clean and hygienic. We had to stay only for the night, so we opted non-a/c room. It was super hot inside even at the night. The staff were very unfriendly. Think twice before you make a booking here.

Nice budget hotel with friendly staff at the reception. 5 to 10 minutes walk from Railway station.. Many of the TV channels were not subscribed... Recently painted smell was disturbing me, other than that room is OK.

My Room was too hot dont know why. there foul smell coming in hotel as soon as we enter. Beds have spring mattress very uncomfortable. but we dont fing many hotels in manchurial not much options

very nice to stay. very near to railway station .good room service .no parking space for car. we can easily locate the lodge.lodge staff very very friendly and help a lot.
