It's a nice budget hotel very close to both the new and the old bus stands. There is everything you need around the hotel: a veg restaurant, a bar, a photo studio, and even an ice-cream parlor. The rooms are clean and so was the toilet but there were a few mosquitoes in my room at night. The hotel staff offered a mosquito coil but I didn't want smoke in the room so bought a Good Knight machine and liquid from the shop outside. The corridor of the hotel is a bit stinky in some parts. About their service, well, do not expect anything at all. They do not provide any service whatsoever. You'll have to do everything on your own. If you want dinner, go out and eat at the restaurant. One staff member from the hotel even told me straight to my face that he will not take my food order! Also, most of them only speak Kannada so if you talk to them in English or Hindi, all you would get is a blank face. However, the pricing was incredible. I was charged only Rs. ..per night (..is the regular rate, I got a ..rupee discount) for a single room. For this price, what I got was definitely more than worth the money.

The room is not expected as per shown image while booking, there is no chance for ventilation hence suffocating a lot , room size small not as per mentioned while booking, TV not working, Hot water not coming & Bucket jug was broken, one more no hanger or hooks for the cloths, giving 2 star only for room was clean. Requesting you to please change this room to the As per shown image or other option as we are staying with 4 year old child. TV NOT WORKING Room size no chance for ventilation Bath bucket jug not proper

Very basic category hotel. Needs to improve on cleanliness & amenities. Even same category rooms do not offer uniform amenities. .We were allotted room with broken Shower, plastic taps , wash basin tap was wasn't affixed properly & kept rotating, no balcony, even limited TV channels. T.. Only scores well on location - just 100 m fm City Bus Stand, 300 m fm Main KSRTC Bus Stand & 1 km fm Railway station, 1 km from main market etc. Food options close by. OK fr 1-2 nights stay while in Kumta...

Unclean rooms with dead cockroaches. Rooms were very small, conjusted and without good ventilation. Mosquitos because of no nets on windows. Additional person for whom additional charges were paid was provided with poor bedding and also uncomfortable to sleep because of insufficient space. Room service was also very poor and repeated calls were required to be made.

it is the worst experience I had in my travel since last 35 years no intercom no service no body bothers to lift the land line phones no Tea services till 7.30 am and no good breakfast till 10.30 am the showers are not working big crocaches the beds may be done in 1976 only good thing is the rooms are clean not worth for the money given

this hotel is 400 meters from nh 66. the hotel is very clean and decent space. there is sukh sagar restaurant right below the hotel. i stayed in premium ac room and it was very nice. some minor issue like corridor light was not on and part of the corridor was dark. i was concerned about lot of negative reviewes but overall it exceeded my expectations.

The hotel was good and the staff was really helpful. Room service was too delayed because of the crowd, but still they managed very well. Overall we had a great time and a pleasant stay. The only drawback is the Hotel Price. Premium AC for 4700/- was too high for the size of the room. Otherwise no other issues.

Hotel was good well maintained, nearer to highway and easily accessible sign boards in the road. Hot water facility only during morning. Lift is not working ,I booked 2 rooms but hotel people informed that I have booked only one room and after showing e ticket they gave two rooms... except that all is fine

location is ok ok, otherwise, nothing works for this hotel. rooms are congested. toilets are ancient and leaky. congested corridor. outdor unit of the AC is installed inside the corridor making it hot and noisy... service is just ok. nothing very good. Not good for families.

I stayed here for a day while travelling back to home. It is a decent hotel. The room which I stayed did not have a good bathroom, could have been maintained better. Hot water in the morning is a plus.
