This is the most disgusting hotel ever seen and experienced . VIP rooms of hotels does not have fans and tv . Whiles insects are crowling in the rooms . Cleaniliness and furnishings are in pathetic condition . Rooms are even smelly . Owner of hotel is proud about it even argue with us when we enlisted above mentioned conserm with him. Staff is even incooperative . Thanks to MR SANJAY area manger go ibibo who has helped us on the spot and provide us alternative stay at naddi . Highly not recommended hotel valley view crest..

It was really very bad experiance with hotel velly view crest.. Very poor condition... Room are not well furnished... Rooms are filled with so many types of mosquito's...(khatmal) Cockroaches... Lizards... Fans are not working... Fridges are empty and full of Fungus...rooms are smelling because of moisture...so i never recommend anybody for booking with this hotel.....

Poor fascilities No staff available. Booked with all children details. Still charged for 2 extra beds @ 600. Contact numbers switched off. Tough to reach thus. Booking was cancelled as per the owner since he tried to avoid in night and we were on road with kids and ladies.

We did not enjoy our stay at this hotel. The service was really poor. Moreover, the room was not even clean. Even the bedsheets had stains on it and the hotel did not look good. The food too was terrible. Really bad experience. Is not worth the money.

Very bad experience. Due to bad service. Only a single person can available in the hotel Valley view Crest for all services. Even that in the my room (v. I. P) geyser and fan hasn't been work. And food has also bad quality.

More than 95 stairs to reach reception from parking, dirty room with zero facilities and use of child labour. ****** and hotel in charge. paid for three days and used only for one day. no refund

Lot of stairs need to cover before reaching reception area from road and hence good for any one. non availability of even bread toast , maggy etc. toilet not usable. water problem
