The hotel management and staff over there are very rude to us. I booked the stay and there is no option for early check-in or they didn't mention anything extra charges for early check-in or extra person. I checked in by 5.45 for which they demanded extra charges and I requested them to provide one hour late check out for which they agreed. After 2 days while checking out, there was another staff member who was not aware of this and was rude to us. I told him to check with the other person or the manager who was available at that moment but he denied and forced is to leave by 12'o clock. When I raised my voice and told him to call the other person, he then called and confirmed. They even charged for extra person without any extra bed but did not provide a single water bottle. In return they charged extra for 1L bottle more MRP. There was laundry service given in the service but it is not available on Sundays which was not mentioned. If they want us to follow the guidelines, they should clearly mention

Rooms are good. They are an apartment style, where there are rooms within the house kind of an arrangement Some of the guests occupy the hall and dining, have seen food been littered and sometimes bottles too. The staff cleans up, however i think there should be a board of clearing the tale after eating by guests. Hotel can take this up strictly. Otherwise, the hotel well maintained, courteous staff, is at an excellent location, just off MG Road also called Bandar road in Labbipeta, many eat outs all around. I wish they also provide breakfast and include that cost in the stay.

They didn't change my bed linen since I was staying It was disgusting after I told them to change my linen but they didn't change even though I found cockroaches Unfortunately I wasn't able to take the pic .My foot mat is completely wet.I need compensation for this.

absolute choice if you are travelling to Vijayawada and need a good space for rest. Breakfast is included which is great. recommend this place for people looking for peaceful stay. Staff is always ready to help at any time.

It's nice to stay. The hotel location is very near to high commercial places and visiting places. It's very easy to do shopping and spend time with family. It's worthy what we have paid.

nice stay and they have given an extra one hour of late check-out. The food is nice.. I recommend it for family stay. All malls and food courts are nearby .

it was mentioned as 170 st.ft room but in reality it is around 90 sqft. very small room. some noise was coming from morning 4am. it was disturbing.
