Staffs don't know what happening in the hotel. Like- myself call for breakfast and dinner and same was not provided to me on time. After that again I call for my food then I got reply as "I don't know, let me some time to reply." That reply call I didn't received any more.Myself stay for 4 days. Hotel staff said breakfast available from 7.30 am, but not a single day I received my breakfast upto 8.10 am. When I ask for late breakfast, staff said cook came late. Same reply received for all 4 days. Overall I will never stay in the hotel. Also don't recommend to others also.

The hotel is just amazing. The location is strategic very near to the station as well as Rathbari more but not on NH which otherwise leads to chaos. The room allotted was nice, spacious and clean. Service was prompt and staff were really courteous. I arrived at 4 am and there were no issues faced. I got my room smoothly 😌.

1 stayed there from 13th December 6.20 AM to 2022 to 16th December 9.30 AM. staff of the hotel are very good and helpful. They allowed me to early check-in on 13 th and even allotted a suit as other rooms were full. Food was also very good in quality and service was on time.I recommend Hotel Vedanta for staying at Malda.
