This service apartment has three different size of rooms but price is equal.it has to be rationally fixed. further it is observed that to book one room with three adults unlike other accomodation available it shows for booking of two rooms instead of extra bed in one room.there must be certain flexibility on above matter discussed.it will be helpful to all the stake holders.

The homestay is located just opposite to Elite house on the 1st floor. The caretaker was kind and took care of all our requirements. The breakfast prepared by him was excellent. The pricing is completely VFM and I shall definitely consider restaying when in that side of Pune.
