location is amazing which is the only positive point to talk about cons: 1. They don't answer calls, will have to keep trying 2. There was a water shortage every now and then 3. Food is too salty and is expensive 4. wifi and network are not available in the rooms 5. Don't have a geyser rather a water heater which takes hours to heat 6. They open kitchen around 9. Water as well is not available for emergency until then 7. No toiletries provided

it was horrible stay , rooms were not cleaned , even for water bottle we hv request , no extra towel were given when asked , the fan was not working properly , after complaining they did on next day , while checking out , no help to carry the luggage , after sometime they arranged

good experience.. restaurant and food is very good with a nice view. Accessibility on rainy days is bit of a problem as resort is 100 meter away from parking and we have to go via mud road.. rooms are basic but we can always enjoy in beach rather then sitting in room :)

Not worth it. Personal rooms are not heigenic at all the washroom is inside room and that too open from the top which is causing continuous foul smell it the room. The fans were running like there is no capacitor in it. Very poor service not happy at all.

The location and staff was great but service was horrible. Power went out for at least 4 hours every day & night, there was no water supply for an entire night and the WiFi does not work in rooms. Stay here for the vibes & tides, nothing else.
