This hotel is 2 minute walking distance from CST railway station. The hotel location is good for families. Rooms are very clean, having A/C and comfortable. Bathrooms are also very clean and luxurious. This is most suitable hotel for Tourists. The rooms size is little small but still ok. There are many veg/non-veg restaurants just below the hotel (this hotel itself does not have facility of lunch or dinner). So no problem of getting good food. This hotel can provide you morning breakfast as a room service. They also allowed us to keep our luggage even after check out time. Overall very good hotel but remember to carry valid ID and Address proof (PAN card is not accepted as there is no address on it) with you and in case of couples, ID proofs of both are required. If you want a budget friendly hotel with clean, luxurious rooms and your main purpose is Mumbai darshan (as you will spend most of the time outside) then this is the best hotel for night stay.

The greatest USP (Unique selling point) of the hotel is its location. It is located at a walking distance of 5 minutes from Chattrapati Shivaji Terminus railway station. We stayed in a Delux AC Room. It was neat and clean. The attached toilet was also excellent. Room service is also very good. Perhaps the only drawback of the hotel is that it does not have a restaurant attached to it. However, they do have a small eating joint which serves sandwiches, boiled eggs, tea, coffee etc. For lunch and dinner there is Hotel Gulshan in the opposite side of the road. Overall we are very happy with hospitality we received at Hotel Victoria. The hotel is perfect for couples and families.

We had a very pleasant experience. It is worth the money we paid. We had good food just next to stay in the Naanu... Staff is very courteous. There was a lot of renovation going on and I think it will make the hotel much better. We got a reliable taxi driver through staff contact. His name is mahmood chacha. Most reliable and excellent person. I fully recommend the stay in this hotel. Assuming 5 as the best rating am providing the same for few items

The hotel has amazing location at the crossroads near VT Station. And though has small rooms but they are well cleaned and cozy. I would recommend this hotel for your stay. You hardly spend 40-60 bucks to reach the Nariman Point and Gateway sights from here, which makes it a better place to plan your stay. The hotel also served quality breakfast in room to make the stay even more comfortable.

It was a good experience.The hotel is very well located.Its v near to CST station.also there are good food joints near by.Moreover,the rooms are clean though small in size.overall its a good experience. The hotel is well located.The taxi is readily available as well as the railway station is near by.The check in is also hassle free.
