I had my worst experience there. In fact it is not a hotel. it is just an old house with no reception, no attendant. room was on 3rd floor with no lift. it was like a 50 years old room with no water bottle, toiletries etc. blankets was dirty without cover. no AC. No window, No view. Location was such bad, you cannot find even with GPRS. Nobody was familiar with the name of hotel. There was no other occupant in whole hotel. No ID proof was asked. no entry was done. no invoice was provided. Breakfast was again a nightmare. Just a plate of IDLY. No attendant, no water, spoon, bowl etc served. ... I understand they must be getting hefty commission on this type of sub standard booking so they do it just for the sake of making money. It is bad, unethical. ..

The hospitality and the facilities were acceptable. Satisfied with the accommodation. The property is inside from the main road, but after locating the property it will be not difficult for anyone to travel as the main road is not to far away from the main road.

Food facility was available. Property has an ultimate location. I was not aware that who was handling the services, whenever I need I just call them and they offered good services. No time boundaries there for going out and coming back.

The property was just fab & as the staff's of this hotel are very friendly so staying here was an amazing experience of mine. The rooms in this hotel are great & their services were just fantastic too. It was a very comfy stay of mine.

Hotel is little far from the main city. Rooms are good and clean. Wifi is available but couldn't get in 3rd floor. No food options outside as there are no restaurants nearby. Guest house charge more for food.

A bit away from City center which is good for some peace and has some rooms with good views. The rooms are a bit small but that is fine considering it is a homestay. But the rooms are clean.

Really excellent hospitality.. The Service was too excellent. but there is no neighbour shops for any purchase . if u want to get anything means. you have to get down to reach coonoor..

Not as expected. Rooms and amenities are okay; but it's over priced. We booked 2 rooms but the rooms allotted are at different floors. A neat gathering area is available inside.

Services were ok, but basic amenities has to improve in all side in the rooms. Seperate heater were must in all rooms, Since cold area hot water must in all time. Overall Ok.
