The hotel is about 1.2 KM from Vagator beach. The room pictures are exactly as uploaded by the hotel owners. Rooms are very spacious. Also they are very neat and clean (room and bathroom). It has refrigerator, few cooking utensils, AC, fan. Swimming pool. The service is very good. Everyone there are very courteous, polite and helpful. In fact their gesture was awesome. Particularly Mr. Raj. Few facilities which can be improved are Installation of intercom; Including at least breakfast in the package. Little bit conjusted space for car parking. I will certainly recommend this for family and friend.

Villa De Royale was worth every penny. Raj is a very helpful host. The room was extremely comfortable and clean and we had a lovely time here. It's situated very close to Vagator beach yet tucked away in a place which has privacy and quiet all around. The Vagator area is full of good restaurants, cafés and bars, all of which are walking distance. Raj also has vehicles for rent, so you won't have to go anywhere else. There is a swimming pool coming up right outside the room, so it'll be even better in the future. I would highly recommend this place to anyone interested.

The rooms were very big and spacious and the property was also very cozy and warm, but cant say the same for the caretaker. He was so cordial at the time of check in and during the stay but as we were checking out he was completely opposite. He was so rude not at all helpful, we were hurt due to a minor accident and he didnt even care. He charged us excess for the bike rent hence would not recommend this property only because of the caretaker. Hospitality comes as a full package and not just by good rooms or surroundings. A BIG NO and thumbs down.

Villa de Royale was a calm and peaceful Villa located in a area that seemed upmarket with good hotels and Villas for neighborhood. Excellently located close to Vagator, anjuna, Baga and Calangute beaches. Our stay was only for 1 night but we liked the place and our kids were happy too so we extended our stay by a day Biron the caretaker was very helpful. Spacious rooms, good amenities, clean bathrooms, full sized tubs are a plus. Very safe and secured property. Highly recommend for families

We had a great stay in the place, the rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The owner Mr. Raj was extremely helpful and arranged our check in at 03:00 am also.The caretaker Saddam is a helpful person and helped us arrange bikes for sightseeing. I will surely recommend the hotel to my friends and family.

The Villa is Centrally located yet quite and peaceful, just 2 mins ride away from the beach. Efficient service by the caretaker. Clean and spacious rooms with lawn in front. Everything here is just perfect the AC, good wi-fi, king sized bed, modern bathrooms with hot water and tub. Will surely visit again

Such a bad experience. We wait there for more than 35mins to find a concern person. He was out for some other business purpose. Once he is back, we was like room's are full. Please find other place. After reaching there, they were like there is no electricity. So you should find other room

The property is situated in a very peaceful and central location, next to all good restaurants, shops and beach. The whole villa gives a very romantic feel. Staff is very co-operative. Had a lovely stay.
