It is a good bungalow with two double rooms on the first floor Ideal for a family stay The television is only in the Drawing Room which is slightly problematic n the drawing room is not air conditioned.. However it is a good place to stay.. The owner is also a nice and a considerate person..

I stayed with my family for 16 days. This is a very good 3 bed house with all the amenities along with a cleaner on daily basis. All the shops (grocer, medical, vegetable etc) near by - this was very convenient. There are many good restaurants in the area as well. I found the host Samir very passionate about his work. As this was my first visit to Surat, Samir helped a lot in settling down. I remember calling him 4-5 times a day initially to get my head around things - but always best help with a smile. If you are ever visiting Surat, I recommend this place for the stay.

Splendid experience. The place we stayed was really good with all the comfort you would expect in your own house; from wifi, aircon, cleaner on daily basis, tiffin service nearby and many more. This place is in the newly developed part of the city with all the amenities very close by with some superb restaurants. It's top class property. Centrally located in posh area. Everything is above as per our expectation including owner Mr. SAMIR behaviour. Will request everybody whenever you go to surat Pls stay here & enjoy hospitality. This is well furnished villa with everything, big rooms, drawing room, well established kitchen, big garden with swings..Awesome man.. Keep it up & God bless you..

it is really a your home like feeling, we stay 15 days with family. owner is very kind and all property is well maintain. all surrounding area is also clean. all your daily needs can easily find from nearby shop my family is complete in this villa as i get twins, so there are so many memories we left over here

The location was quite good and it was a nearby residential area. There was a hotel owner to manage everything at the hotel and he was cooperative. The kitchen was available. Also, it was a secured place to stay and the room was comfortable.

Amazing stay. Samir bhai is really a helpful person. Enjoyed the stay thoroughly. The villa is well equipped with basic amenities. Loved the complimentary Instant tea powder. Highly recommended

The location was good and the property was very beautiful. It was managed by the caretaker and he was cooperative. They provide a kitchen. It was a secure place and covered with CCTV cameras.
