Hotel is good but we checked in at night 8:45 pm and requested the receptionist for just 2 hours extension for the next day. But he said bcoz of booking I need to check out not later than 12 pm (8 hours loss for us) . I really didn't understand the logic. Also the hotel didn't have their own restaurant they have tie up with near hotel. Hotel Grand Plaza their breakfast is really amazing. Except the receptionist remaining all were good. Hotel management should advice the receptionist to be polite and treat customers in humanity way otherwise for sure you will lose your credibility.

infra, location, facilities and upkeep get a thumsup. staff behaviour and quality is a firm thumbs down pretty average as communication on my postponement was shared over phone and email and it was not available at check in time and they made me wait until they sorted it..And they did it all over again when I checked out, which is not plain acceptable

Located near the CBT Junction. It is very accessible to the main road. Lots of eat-out places are around. Only drawback is rooms are not noise proof. All the outside talks in corridor is heard inside the room. There is lot of gap between entrance door and the floor making more prone to outside noise.

Negative experience throughout. We had to park the car on the road side as they failed to provide parking space. Though the room was clean the locks and sockets were damaged. Very poor service almost nil. Overall we had a very bad experience and we wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Property was clean, peaceful and very close to coimbatore railway station. Staff was polite. Only issue i faced here was that house keeping accessed my room with their master key to clean the room without my permission i.e. without informing me.

Everything was perfect ,,,had a comfortable long stay ,,,hotel room was really good ,nice hospitality ,warm water other amenities were upto mark,,,location is the cherry on the cake ...we had soo many eating joints nearby which was fantastic 😊

it's a fantastic experience. the rooms are very clean and smell good. every day, the room attendant will come and clean the rooms. also, the water is good for taking a shower. there is no disturbance, so you will get privacy.

Room is good but I can say it's not a customer friendly hotel, asked for extra hour for checkout but they denied to do that even on a weekday, also no restaurant available and no room service for food

hotel staff and service is below average. but cleanliness is good, rooms are small but in a good condition. good for a stop over but bad for a longer stay.
