1) Rooms are average, it will not justify the price. 2) Alcohol is not allowed inside room. 3) Everyone from bar counter to staff they will twll you to not to smoke in room. There is an Ash Tray in room but you cannot smoke inside the room. 4) Breakfast is not available. 5) Not that comfortable for families as the main entrance and restaurant is attached enroute to Bar and Restaurant. 6) The best and reliving thing is they have Tatasky. You can watch TV. 7) You should carry your language by urself even if u carry heavy language. 8) Overall if anything is positive about this hotel is Mr. Balakrishna (Manager). He will help you with your concerns.

It was good experience . Newly built property . In house Bar & Restaurant . No separate restaurant for family. Hardly 5km from Tumkur .

Safe place to stay. Don't have a food problem since the restaurant is on the ground floor so room service is there.

Hotel is located beside Bangalore - Pune highway. Budget hotel but attached to the Bar and restaurant.
