Hotel Vishwa Inn

हमने 20 नवंबर 22 को खुलदाबाद के हॉटेल विश्वा इन के लिए दि.26 दिसंबर सुबह 12 बजे से दि.27 दिसंबर सुबह 11 बजे तक के लिए दो रुम्स बुक की गई थी. लेकिन होटल में जाने के बाद काफी अव्यवस्था को झेलना पडा. रुम्स की कोई भी सफाई नही थी. बेड पर तथा दिवाल पर जाले लगे थे, फर्श पर चाय के दाग पडे थे, कचरा था. डस्टबीन में गंदगी थी, बेड की चादरे व पिलो कव्हर साफ नही थे, साफसफाई के लिए कोई भी कर्मचारी नही था. होटल में चाय नाश्ता, पानी की कोई व्यवस्था नही थी. शिकायत सुनने के लिए कोई भी जिम्मेदार व्यक्ति उपलब्ध था. केवल एक ही कर्मचारी पूरे होटल को संभाल रहा था. कही भी सेक्युरिटी गार्ड नही दिखा. पूरेपरिसर में साफसफाई का नामोनिशान नही था. बाहर के लोगों को, उनके परिवार को समय पर इस प्रकार की असुविधा से काफी परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ता है. ना तो होटल छोड सकते है, ना बाहर जा सकते.

There is only one person at reception who did not understand English or Proper Hindi. The receptionist had offered the rooms with Indian style commode which we refused to accept. Then he offered the rooms with western style bathroom . The receptionist had served only one towel and one bottle of water for each room . The standard norms are there must be towel for each person. There is no restaurants attached with hotel . Matter of fact Vishwa inn us not a hotel but it is a lodge . I regret to say the customers who are going there are being cheated

It was nice experience, I was traveling with my family and it was surprisingly the room was available on the run time. rooms was neat and clean, proper received by staff nice behaviour, bathroom was clean with toiletries, bed was super comfortable and can accommodate 2 adults with 2 kids. I will prefer to stay again.

The rooms are extremely dirty. Even the bed-sheet and towel were smelling. And according to the service & room's condition they are charging more.
