Located at prime position of the city(1 minute from KSTDC bus stand).ATM,Medical store and tour operators office are nearby. Clean and well maintained. Flooding is not available but several restaurants are nearby. Very co operative administrators.I booked two standard double bedded rooms for 5 person. yes, but please also consider below before initiate the booking, 1. Chikmagalur Nice Hill station, must visit also it's rainy on April-May. 2. if you choose Vishwas Residency, don't opt for 3rd floor, y bcos when there is Raining at midnight, water leaked from rooftop, 3. otherwise Room is clean and restrooms also very comfortable, 4. Make sure u plan Ur Check in time , here 12 to 12 is check in and out time, so if u come at late also u have to either check out or u have to pay second day charges , #so plan accordingly.. 5. over-all it's a not very bad experience, also not too good

Not good for family.they don't have any cafe in hotel and even basic tea coffee becomes issues. it's right behind bus stand so one can hear constant honking and noise. better to avoid.

Need option whether AC or Non AC room while booking. I have booked 4 bed room and there is no option given AC or Non AC room. I thought it is AC but when I am occupying it was informed that it was Non AC. I got disappointed. So need to correct this for future guests.

The room is dirty. Booked a 4 sharing room, they provided 2sharig. No refund even though 4 sharing was costlier than 2. Got a room in the ground floor, ppl at reception were making noise (after 10pm), hence we complaint and asked for another room. They said, it's reception and there will be noise. So, we have to adjust!! Beds are dirty. Blankets are not usable.!!

Value for Money, budget, clean hotel.... You get towels, soap, hot water-geyser, clean sheets, dustbin with cover, no bad smelling room.... Very good Location as its next to the Chikmaglur bustop, nearby restaurants

Vishwas Residency and Vishwas Guest Inn. There are two hotels separated by a distance of 500meters. First we went to Vishwas Residency, I booked a room for 3 adults. They showed me a small room with single cot which can only accomodate 2 people. Since we are not happy with that we didn't want to continue and informed the same at the reception. Then they moved us to Vishwas Guest Inn. Where rooms are very very good. Classy rooms. Hot water and TV. Very big bed. Overall, I liked it. that's why I'm giving 5 star to their service.

We booked Double room me and my friend. Rooms are Clean, Hygiene. We got hot water for both drinking and Taking Bath. Reception team is very kind, since we went too late for checkin, they allowed. Beds comes with pillow and bedsheet which are too soft for nice sleep and TV was there but we did not use that. 2 wooden chairs (Sofa Kind ) were also provided.

Stay was amazing, Best family friendly hotel very near to Chikmagaluru bus stand at affordable pricing. Good parking facility for bikes and few cars. Rooms are neat and clean, fare enough for couples and families. Staffs were so kind and helpful.

it was the most economical option we had for 7 people and it is well maintained. All the ameneties promised were provided properly. Located near the KSRTC bus stand makes it a better option because it is one of the most happening places in town

Clean and spacious room and very supportive staff and management. very small parking space in-front of the hotel. Only 4 vehicle can park in front of the hotel but hotel staff arrange parking space for me .
