Bises residency is situated in some what remote location. Book this only and only if you have your own vehicle to travel. Even if you have vehicle you won't get parking space near beach, when you go for sight seeing. No intercom or phone provided in room. Room service very bad or not at all. We stayed in the hotel for three days . Bedsheets were not changed during our stay. Rooms were not cleaned during our stay. No toiletries were given. No drinking water or glasses were given. Room was spacious enough. Bath rooms and toilet are spacious and clean . The room has a balcony, groom where we could see the Arabian sea on leftside and western ghut hills on right side . It was a fantastic and beautiful experience. Cool breeze were there in the balcony as well as in the room all the time. Any way we enjoyed our stay.

A very good staying experience at hotel Viswa residency, sunrise can be clearly seen from the top terrace of the hotel as the best arrangement for watching sunrise as well as sunset. co - operative staff and good rooms. I will strongly recommend this hotel as being economically affordable.

The hotel is 1.5 km from anything including foid and transport. There is a 1km steep climb that makes this hotel inaccessable to most people by foot. You will need transport to reach there. Autos will charge rs.60 Otherwise the hotel is good with good fascilities.

We stayed already second time in this hotel and again enjoyed much. Everything is good: cleanliness, calmness, host is very kind and helpful. And the main thing is a view on ocean from balcony! We enjoyed much in the hotel and an recommend to all people.

I have stayed in this hotel for a day. Rooms are clean and neat. Good Room Service. You can enjoy sea breeze by sitting in the room. Beautiful locations. If you want to enjoy your stay, you can very well spend your time in this hotel.

This is very shady hotel. They have no reception and It's very scary in night. Not recommended for solo travellers for sure. Pictures and hotel is totally different.

The staff behaviour in good. Rooms / Bathrooms are clean. Room/Bathroom is quite spacious.There is dedicated parking for cars&bikes. This is a nice budget option.
