When I got into the room, the room was pretty clean and more than enough for a family(2+1) to stay. At the same time, I was experiencing something bad , since the AC was not working properly. I escalated to the staff and to the manager. it took some time to identify the issue (actually the issue was unexpected and nothing to do with the management), meanwhile the manager and staff were very kind and gave me another room with extra bad as well as extra check-out hours as a complementary after understanding my return journey plan. The people here are very felxi and supportive. At last, my stay was perfect and I had an overall very good experience. it's worth staying at this hotel for the people coming from different areas with family or with friends. A very Happy Stay!

Parking is such that your car definitely gets damaged and the security person don't even warn about the same. The person at the time of check in asked us many times to check out sharp at 10 on next day and even took deposit of Rs.400/-. No person to take luggage. Not worth. Its like they don't have requirement of customers and only we require some place to stay.

I am disappointed with water heater problem. I stayed 3 days here. I asked to repair but they didn't do it and also asked for room cleaning tat also not coming.. otherwise area is good.
