Vivanta Thiruvananthapuram

The food of Vivanta Thiruvananthapuram was excellent and the service of providing omelet and hot dosa was great. The reception staff was good, but the restaurant staff seemed lacking experience in service. The room was good and the ambience as well. Overall Vivanta stood up to its reputation, but more can be done on restaurant spacing. For my business, the internet is important and connecting through Wifi was easy in Vivanta, Thiruvananthapuram. The hotel staff was good, but due to its location away from the main road, sometimes it takes more time to get rented or running cab vehicles directly nearby. Late checkin and food availability was a good feature. Room service is excellent

hi, the room was spacious and the best part was the scent of jasmine flowers in the area outside the room right from the lift lobby. the staff at the reception as well as the restaurant were very courteous and attentive but not intrusive. when we informed them of our travel plan ,they did not hesitate to pack some of the bakery goods and our choice of fruits for our trip . tajness was present throughout our stay and made us feel welcome . it always makes me search for a taj property in the place we travel before booking any other place . keep doing what your brand stands for and will bring a lot of laurels your way , cheers and all the very best team vivanta trivandrum

A good place to stay while on Thiruvananthapuram. I have a suggestion: The hotel is in front of a one way road. You should expect the entry gate as the first gate you see, and exit gate the other, so that the guest could get down right at the entrance. Here it is just the opposite way! Of course if your driver overshoots, it might appear a good idea! With the present orientation the guest would get down at the far side from the entrance which looks a bit odd. Would you mind changing this please.

My stay at Vivanta Thiruvananthapuram has been exceptionally comfortable and relaxing. The staff were professional and cordial. The room was decent and. Must say, I love the food too - The chicken Kurma and Appam were made to perfection! I dont have more details Thanks
