Had a bad experience both in terms of their service as well as overall amenities. We stayed there with our two kids under 2 years of age, one of which is a 3-month old infant. First of all, the person who attented to us at the reception was really rude with his responses. Since we checked in only by 10:45pm, i inquired the person if we could check out a bit late the next day, for which he abruptly replied "no". Since we were traveling with a toddler and an infant, we couldn't stop at a restaurant to dine-in or for takeaway, with the belief that we will get something at the hotel's restaurant. But, though the kitchen's closing time was 11pm, they had already closed by the time we reached, and they weren't even courteous enough to make us something simple. Once we got to the room, we could see that the floor hadn't been mopped in awhile, and it was so dirty and dusty that i couldn't let my toddler down to walk around. Since it was already late in the night and the babies were tired and asleep, we couldn't ask the management for cleaning. The next morning we were offered free breakfast. Not having eaten the night before, we were starving, but only to get disappointed. The breakfast timing was 8am to 9:30am and we reached the hall by 8:30am, by which time all the food items were already cold. Also, everything was so bland and tasteless. And when we were about to checkout, the person at the reception (different one from the previous night) tried to charge us extra. This is probably our first time to have experienced something so worse in every aspect of a hotel.

Their AC was off for one complete day...The bathroom door used to lock automatically most of the time from the inside... i had called the reception for that purpose twice... Service is bit slow....But good....for getting hot water we have to waste nearly 3 tubs of water ...Thats a complete wastage of water.....No balcony no fresh air....The room is conjusted can't get enough fresh air....TV channels are limited...

I stayed at VLR Residency Hotel in Nagercoil, and I was disappointed. The customer service was poor, with staff providing short, rude answers. The receptionist was also unprofessional, wearing shorts. While the location and room quality were okay, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel due to the service issues.

We Do Not Give any Rating For VLR Residency,Nagercoil Becausse,there is No Airtel Network Connection.We Suffer a Lot. Do Not Prefer this like Hotel.. Network Connection is a Basic Thing For Every Customers who Book a Hotel room. Kindly Do The Needful or else Do Not Prefer This Like Hotel...

Room stay is good. Complementary food is average. No matter by what time you check-in. You will be charged additionaly if you stay beyond 12pm and also your door access will be revoked once you exhaust the checkout time.
