The floor is sticky and though extra charges are paid for an extra bed. we were just given a mattress placed on the sticky floor. The lift is stopped half the way downwards due to power failure due to no UPS or generator. We were locked inside the lift along with a baby. Though it's mentioned that free parking is avaliable, there's no dedicated safe parking, we had to park in front of the hotel on roadside. Our vehicle is locked by other visitor's vehicles and we couldn't start early in the morning. it was a total waste of money and a complete discomfort.

Actually I have been booked , thought that it would be a/c room, but after went to hotel , the person in the reception mentioned that u have been booked Non a/c room and have to pay more 500 bucksFor an a/ c room

Hotel is in good location. it is neat and clean However the support of staff is not great. I had to follow up with support staff multiple times for basic things like water,towels.
