It's kind of a cosy hotel. The reason i tell this is because it's kind of a house which has been converted into a hotel. The location was a bit difficult once we got to the Dharamshala. The dining area is pretty small it gets really packed when the hotel is full. They dont have a phone where you can call the reception, you need to reach to a calling bell which is nice and reminds you of old days. They have some really rare photographs all over the hotel which is interesting to watch. The staff is good and accommodating but they have limited options in food. The property is pretty small as compared to what is claimed and projected.

It was a great experience to stay at welcome heritage grace hotel Location was very good and environment friendly. Food was very nice and staff was very generous and kind. Moreover the hotel was within easy reach and near to the market. Room was very cosy to stay.It was a very homey experience to stay in. Cleanliness was very well maintained Kids enjoyed a lot as there were well maintained swings and loby was very safe. History was displayed very well on the walls. It was very depictive and narrative of old culture.

Hotel staff is extremely courteous and friendly, and that is the only high point about this hotel. Property does not live up to either ITC or Welcomheritage brand. Furnishing is very old and does not give a feel of luxilurious heritage. Would not meet expectation of an informed traveler. Food is also minimal although homely and tasty. Nice location. Go for it only if you do not find any other hotel.

The hotel stay was really good...Rooms were very clean and gives you royal feel. The staff was very humble and cooperative. Food was also tasty and the quantity of food was also sufficient.Location is near to kotwari bazaar so you can roam around in the evening and shop. It is half n hour distance from mcleodganj. From hotel to Airpot, it took 30-40 mins.

Welcome Heritage is a British structure. very well maintained and it will take you to Pre - Independence era. You will get to see some of the very rare pictures of our freedom fighters negotiating with Britishers for our freedom. Hospitality and hygiene is the key in Hotel Industry and this you will find here.

Rooms are spacious..well maintained..linen quality is good apart from towels.. breakfast options are very limited..need to improve Spacious rooms..outdoor private balcony..view of the valley Food quality is decent even though bit on the higher side

awesome service and very humble staff. It is more like a villa where you can get the food only if you order it before 2 3 hours, snacks are not served apart from tea. Rooms are beautiful. A complete resort feeling.
