improve service, install intercom, show clarity about rooms while the booking after that some confusion. we are book sea view but there is no such room. 1st day ac not working. then we got change room after that water hiter not working. TV not working. we are pay for every things but not received service such like. I request to goibibo before register hotels you should veryfy all things they are mention at the time of booking.

Excellent beach facing resort.It's located near the meeting point of river (sangam point) and at the end of devbag peninsula.Staff was Very helpful and service was really good. You can enjoy authentic konkani food. Rooms are cleaned, also view was awesome, exactly beside the sea. Its like private beach for you. You can enjoy the sight and sound of sea from sitting back side of resort.

Worst experience i ever had. The owner calls himself an doctor forget about humanity he doesn't justify his profession at all. Avoid this place. Owner books room on your name takes money and at arrival you come to know that room is already given to someone else and no rooms are available. Not at all recommended for family and couples

This is most third class hotel......not even hotel. Adamant staff. not eager to serve No parking. No cleanliness. Geyser not working... staff saying that what they can do ...this is electrical stuff. No clean ACs.....really disgusting. please avoid this hotel. Don't go by it's name. My trip completely ruined.

Excellent beach facing resort. Beach on 30-50 feet only. You can enjoy the sight and sound of sea sitting in the resort. Excellent service and food. Very tasty food. cleanliness is also excellent. Great experience. It's located near the meeting point of river and at the end of devbag peninsula. Loved it..
