It's not a resort or a hotel at any sense. It's just a party or marriage hall building, having a few extra rooms where a few more guests other than the people booking the hall along with the rooms will get. You don't even have a separate entrance to the rooms that you can bypass an ongoing party. The single rooms are very small with a very small bed and no place to hang things. The room doesn't even have a cupboard or I will say it doesn't even have the space to put a cupboard. You have to keep your pants shirts on the small table or in the bathroom, that's it. These are very specific use cases. If you do not know and you are booking and also you have some work on that road, so that it's near to the location. The other use case is, if your budget is not very high, although they charge way more than they provide. THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU A SINGLE FREE BOTTLE OF WATER EVEN IF YOU ARE THIRSTY! IT'S CHARGABLE! Finally, according to the attendant the single rooms are all non AC and the double bed rooms have the option of AC. So be ready for a mosquito filled night.
