The hotel could grow more if they educated their staff. So my trip starts by calling the reception and informing them that I will be late . They called me and informed that the cook has some problem so I have to arrange dinner from elsewhere which is a really good gesture. I reached hotel by 10:30pm . Upon reaching the guy at reception said that I cannot go to my room as I have two females with me. He informed me at the gate that they have a policy that for Three visitors there must be three female or three male and since I went with my sister and my wife they could not provide me the room. The guy said I have to buy one extra room for me to stay at a price. I travelled for 300 kms on that day just to go through a series of nonsense from the guy at the reception. I confronted him saying that they didn not provide the hotel policy . He asked us to provide the ID proof . I gave him the aadhar card he requested. Such nonsense from a highly reputed hotel . After looking at the ID he said you can stay as my sister said to match our fathers name in the aadhar. He reluctantly said u can stay as he was totally drunk and wanted to extract more money from us. we reached the room and I sat their thinking how could the owner appoint such useless staff and harass the visitors . So please think twice before booking such hotels . Pathetic hotel with useless and dumb staff. The hotel is nice

it was a wonderful stay at Wings the Pride, the rooms are spacious, in fact I loved everything in the hotel be it the food, the room or the bathroom. the food is also very tasty and healthy.

Very nice place with family or friend staying . I am recommend this Hotel to all. Well behaviour all stuff like own home guest. If go to Jorhat please stay at this hotel .

They should be more professional in dealing with customers. Rooms are good and spacious. Breakfast was served in the room. The rooms are clean and well maintained.

The hotel rooms are not good. Ac not coolong properly. Staffs are okay, with good behaviour but its a no maintain hotel. Will not visit there again
