i am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. this has been one of the most uncomfortable and unpleasant experiences i’ve ever had at a property claiming to offer standard hospitality. the cleanliness of the room and especially the washroom was far below acceptable standards. it was so unhygienic that i did not even feel comfortable using the bathroom. furthermore, there was no cleaning staff available, and the overall condition of the hotel gave the impression of a poorly maintained dharamshala rather than a professional hospitality establishment. i strongly urge you to reconsider listing or associating with this hotel under your membership or platform, as it severely undermines the trust and expectations guests place in your service. thank you for your attention to this matter.

the price of this hotel is extremely expensive for cheap room and poor staff service and the owner is running the hotel in his own terms and conditions
