Hello sir I want to submit a complaint in connection with the booking that I recently made. hotel wonder, batala HTLU7MQCEL booking no. There are number of issues that I want to being to your notice. 1) I had to face pathetic house keeping services. At night, there were frequent Power cuts. Adding fire to fury, there was no oil for the generator. Resultant, we had to sleep in the absence of power. 2. When we tried to contact receptionist on the main line as well as on his personal mobile, there was no response He didn't pick our phone. I had to go downstairs in the middle of the night to tell the receptionist about the issue. 3) There were numerous mosquitos in the room, hell. 4. ) we had a very, very stay at this hotel. I, in the absence of any good services, request you to refund the whole amount of my booking otherwise I will never with this hotel or with your app. Thanks Ravi

everything was good be it room service, parking and food. i just feel room quality to be improved as found most part of the room full of seepage and dampning .

They gave us a super deluxe room though we booked a deluxe room at the same rate. It was good but the washroom was smelly.
