It is true that i have booked the room late. When they charged the amount i thought it would be worth it, but in my stay i felt i had been staying in a cockroach's den. They claim the room is used as "working guest room", lack of facilities (geyser is unfunctional in one room). Still charging the highest rate. Stained bedsheets and lack of hygiene in the rooms. They claim restaurant is closed for mantainace, bought food which lack taste and was cold. And poor service including administration of the resort. WORST STAY EVER...!!!

It a poorly maintained, average rated resort. Cleanliness is some thing which they need to improve a lot. There were stained bedsheets and bedcovers. Got muddy water in bathroom. Overall it was a bad experience. But to mention, there were a few (not all) staffs who were really friendly and helpful.

This Hotel location is awesome, they upgraded my booking to Suite due to some adjustment. Cottage made with wood completely, a good and different experience. Service is good and would have been better too. Regards, Madhava.B

Excellent architecture, environment, layout, garden, atmosphere, and every other thing a traveller would expect during selection of a hotel. I recommend everybody to stay in this hotel while visiting Vagamon in Kerala.

I was stayed there long back.. The stay was nice and staffs are very helpful. But the water in bathroom is very bad and breakfast is served from nearest hotels.....

Very good hospitality. Resort is under maintenance . after the renovation it should improve. Now it is just below average ambiance and facility in standers rooms.

Hotel is a sinking ship manned by only 4 staffs totally.rooms are with highly stinky odour.
